The event pass covers one event on top of the Free plan. Outside helpers and guests of an event don't count as members.

Who pays?
The club, with one price for everyone. Members, helpers and guests never pay and need no subscription of their own.
What does the Free plan include?
All core features for up to 30 members and one published event per calendar year – with unlimited helpers without the app. You can create as many drafts as you like. For one more big event there's the event pass; for more, the Club plan.
How is billing done?
Club and Club Plus are paid yearly in advance, the event pass once. Prices in CHF, no VAT (Clubhand is a small business below the Swiss VAT threshold).
Do we get an invoice?
Yes, made out to the club – handy for the treasurer and the auditors.
How can we pay?
coming soon Online by card or TWINT, securely via Stripe. Until then, drop us a line and we'll send you an invoice.
How do we cancel?
Any time to the end of the paid year; a short e-mail is enough. Your club then continues on the Free plan.
What happens to our data if we move to the Free plan?
Nothing is deleted. Events, shifts, members and statistics are kept and stay visible. If your club is above the Free limits, no new members can join and no further events can be published until there is room again or you change plans.
Can we change plans?
Yes – up at any time, down at the end of the paid year. Just drop us a line.
